I use Clinique's 7 day scrub. It's a physical exfoliant and the granules are really tiny. I've used St Ives scrub before and it was definitely too harsh. Clinique's 7 day scrub is pretty gentle IMO I've used Lush's exfoliating scrubs like Ocean Salt but that was pretty harsh too :(
